Air fryer garlic bread
This air fryer garlic bread is ridiculously quick and easy. With just six ingredients its on the table in ten minutes. A great side dish or a delicious snack.
Servings: 4 people as a snack or side
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
- 4 garlic cloves
- small handful fresh or dried parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat your air fryer 340°F (170°C).
Slice open the rolls.
If you butter is a bit firm put it into a microwave proof bowl and soften it up in the microwave for a few seconds.
Peel the garlic and finely chop the parsley if using.
Crush the garlic into the softened butter, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Thickly spread the garlic butter on both the cut sides of the rolls.
Put into the air fryer and cook for five to six minutes or until golden and crispy.
Remove from air fryer and cook the second batch, if making.
Serve on its own as a snack on its own or with one of my tasty pasta recipes. Delicious!
