Air fryer garlic bread

This air fryer garlic bread is ridiculously quick and easy. With just six ingredients its on the table in ten minutes. A great side dish or a delicious snack.

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • small handful fresh or dried parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pre-heat your air fryer 340°F (170°C).
  • Slice open the rolls.
  • If you butter is a bit firm put it into a microwave proof bowl and soften it up in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Peel the garlic and finely chop the parsley if using.
  • Crush the garlic into the softened butter, add the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Thickly spread the garlic butter on both the cut sides of the rolls.
  • Put into the air fryer and cook for five to six minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from air fryer and cook the second batch, if making.
  • Serve on its own as a snack on its own or with one of my tasty pasta recipes. Delicious!
